Hi there!
Well, where to start? I'm Jay, a random young anime/game lover who wastes his time and money doing incredibly geeky things that will have no consequence over his life in the future!
I'm nice (most of the time), easygoing and patient. I'm introverted, so naturally I like my alone time. I don't mind friends though. I like a lot of things, and don't dislike many! I'm open minded and love being random, so feel free to talk to me about everything and anything at all. ^^
Anime & Manga: I've been watching anime since I was 8 (I didn't even knew it was "anime" at the time). I didn't really start being a fan of anime & manga till I was around 11 though. My first anime was... I honestly don't remember! xD I think it was Captain Tsubasa or Doeramon.
Videogames: I play a lot of video-games, I pretty much play mostly RPG and Action Adventures. To be completely honest, I play RPGs more than other genres, depending on my mood mostly! xD I love RPGs, especially strategic ones. Some of my favorite RPGs are Final Fantasy, the "SMT" series, and Disgaea. I'm open to other types of course, but that's what you usually find me playing. ^_^
Music: Saying I am a fan of music is pretty pointless, who doesn't like music? My taste crosses genres; I like almost any kind of music from rock to metal, techno, pop... (you name it!) I think I'm mostly a rocker though, and I'm not a big fan of rap and country.
Art: I used to draw a lot before college, though haven't got the time to do that these days. It's usually just fan art and I rarely draw anything original.

New Years Resolution...

A little closer to the New Year than Christmas but oh well... As a matter of fact, I've been trying to get this journal up for close to a week now but it seems every time I have some minutes to spare, I get side tracked with some of niceties of Christmas. I've gotten the biggest hurdles out of my way that I talked about to long ago and now I think coming back here will be good for my sanity. To be honest, I'm drawing/photoshopping (!) less... and less ...and less these days. And coming back to dA always just makes me want to work harder on my stuff. Hi, hi. Sorry for being gone for a while, I've been really swamped with college and work, but I'm back now. So what's up?
I dropped by dA to check out what has been going on in the art world and then, for old times sake, I found myself sifting through peoples journals and thinking back on the many found memories I've had from this place. It's time to take a break...

I forewarned everyone of this when I returned to DA a few months ago, and now the time has finally come. That time is for me to find a career and to search for a house to buy so that I can start building equity. I recently quit my job in order to fully concentrate on these important goals and now I must take a break from DeviantART for the same reason. This is temporary, but I'll probably be gone for a month or two (or more, but it is unlikely). I love this site and more importantly the people that make up the community here a lot, so I have no plans on leaving permanently, but this is something I must do. >.< If you want to stay in contact w
